Welcome to Custom Tents With Logo, offering products and services for creating and managing indoor and outdoor displays, booths, canopy tents, custom tents with logos, flags, and signage for sales and marketing (collectively referred to as “Products”). Accessing this website and our services is contingent upon your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices detailed below (“Terms of Service”). By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

Acceptance of Terms of Service

These terms apply to both individual users and representatives of organizations. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity. The terms “you” and “your” will refer to the entity and its affiliates. If you do not have such authority or do not agree with these Terms, you are not authorized to use this website or its services.

Services provided by third parties (e.g., warehousing) require a separate agreement with the third-party provider. We are not liable for actions, errors, or omissions of any third-party providers.

Production Time

Production for canopy tents, flags, table covers, booths, and signage begins the first business day after artwork approval, excluding shipping time. Specific product pages may have different timelines. Rush services are available for an additional fee if needed sooner than the standard 6-10 business days.

Rush Orders

Expedited production incurs a non-refundable rush fee of 20% or more. We strive to meet rush deadlines, but cannot guarantee graphic quality if a single production run is necessary. Defective graphics post-show will be reprinted at 50% of the standard price.

Printed Graphics

Submit artwork with ample lead time for top-quality prints. Our Graphics Department reviews submitted artwork and notifies you of needed modifications, which you can make yourself or have our department handle for a fee. Approved artwork will receive a PDF proof within one business day, which you must approve before production starts. Note that e-proofs verify placement and size, not color accuracy. Color proofs cost an additional fee, and printing starts 3-10 business days after approval, not artwork receipt.

Color Matching

We offer PMS color matching for $50 per color, using CMYK printing on both coated and uncoated materials. A perfect color match is not guaranteed. Ordering a printed proof is recommended to ensure color satisfaction.

Artwork Requirements

Submitted artwork must be fully approved and print-ready. We are not liable for inaccuracies in client-provided “pre-designed artwork.”

Reordering and Color Variations

Slight color variations may occur in reorders due to differences in ink and material batches.

File Specifications

Files not meeting our bleed specifications may require a border for proper printing. RGB files will be converted to CMYK, potentially causing slight color shifts.

File Submission

We accept file submissions via email or through our website.

Ownership of Artwork

Client-Provided Materials: You retain ownership of provided images. Custom Tents With Logo images require written permission for use.
Custom Tents With Logo Images: We may photograph completed projects for promotional use.
Artwork Ownership: We retain ownership of graphic design elements until artwork rights are purchased. Post-purchase, we retain rights to design elements such as typography and patterns.
Limited Use of Services: Our services are project-specific and cannot be used for other promotional materials without permission.
Reproduction Rights: Full payment grants reproduction rights for final approved designs.
Showcasing Artwork: You permit us to showcase created artwork on our website, restricted to you or those you authorize.

After Payment

Upon valid payment, we promptly send the artwork. We retain a copy for up to one year from the order date.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse printing any inappropriate or illegal material.

Client Acknowledgments

Clients acknowledge Custom Tents With Logo and its affiliates are not liable for damages from accidental copyright infringement or unauthorized use of trade names or slogans. Clients warrant ownership of submitted materials.

Errors

Clients are financially responsible for errors in their job post-printing. We limit our liability to a single reprint within one week of claim submission.

Shipping Methods

We use UPS and FedEx for shipping. Provide a physical address as we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Production time excludes transit time.

Time Critical Orders

Inform us of specific event dates at checkout. We will contact you regarding any additional shipping costs for expedited orders.

Shipping Damage

Report damaged products within three business days. Document damage with photos for the claim process. Insured shipments will be expedited for claims due to shipping mishandling.

Missing Parts

Check shipments against the packing list and report missing items within five business days.

Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for missed event dates due to carrier delays but will assist in tracking orders.

Return Policy

We offer a 15-business-day return window for unused, non-custom products and graphic prints, subject to a restocking and return fee. Customers cover return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations incur a fee. Custom orders or those with printed graphics may be responsible for incurred costs up to the point of cancellation.

Warranty Information

We warrant our products against defects under normal use, covering repairs or replacements at our discretion. This excludes issues from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications. Shipping damage covered by us is limited to our transport.

Warranty Terms

Inspect your order upon delivery and report damage within three business days. Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a reasonable period, typically 1-3 years.

Out of Warranty

Copyright

Website content, including text, graphics, and code, is protected by copyright laws and belongs to Custom Tents With Logo. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted, but reproduction, distribution, or alteration requires written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for special or consequential damages from using this site or products. This limitation may not apply in all jurisdictions.

Typographical Errors

We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing, issuing full refunds if charged.
