It’s more than just a window; it’s a shade and in our opinion one of the best features of our tents! Unlike mesh screen walls that solely provide airflow or traditional full walls, which only offer privacy and branding, those large windows provide additional visibility and publicity to promote your goods! It gives full coverage to the sides and back for added privacy with a 120g mesh polyester transparent window to let fresh air and light in and keep insects out. And best of all, you can custom print the window to match your tent design, so you’re adding style and comfort in one clever design.

Practical Pop-Up Tent Sidewall with Mesh Polyester Window to Support Your Business

This sidewall includes a roll-up window constructed from 120g mesh polyester to provide fresh air flow to keep you cool while keeping insects and debris out of your canopy. The mesh window can even be custom printed with your design to increase your brand exposure further. There are built-in Velcro straps which allow you to scroll the window up or down as needed during use.
All panels are a solid color with no print to trim to fit any size canopy easily. The material of the wall may be personalized entirely to match your canopy top, and you can opt for single or double-sided print depending on the arrangement and visibility desired.

    Artwork Specification:

    • Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
    • Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
    • Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
    • The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
    • Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

    Notice: For the custom-size products, you can just upload your artwork when placing the order and our artwork person will help you set up the template.

    To determine your In-Hand Date, simply combine your chosen Production Lead Time with the corresponding Transit Time listed below. If this date doesn't meet your needs, please contact our team at Phone Number. We can discuss upgrading to our expedited Priority (1-2 Days) Shipping to ensure a faster delivery.

    Please note: Production lead times begin upon print proof approval. If proofs are approved after 03:00 PM (noon), the production lead time will start on the next business day. Please note that production times do not commence from the order placement; they only begin once print proofs have been approved.

    AFTER PLACING THE ORDER

    Once your order is received, our design team will review your artwork. They may make some edits or prepare proofs for your approval. You will then receive an email with attachments containing the final proofs for your review. After carefully reviewing the proofs, simply reply to the email to confirm your approval.

    Note: While your order is important, production lead time starts only after you approve the print proofs we send you for your review.

    Return Policy

    We kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee may apply. To ensure a smooth return process, please return your items within 10 business days of the original shipment date. Please note that CustomTentswithLogo cannot accept returns for used products, custom-made items, or graphic prints.

    How long does the setup take?

    Just under 5 minutes; simply secure the Velcro strip to the wall and attach it to your canopy frame.

    Can I use this with a tent from another brand?

    Of course. We offer custom sizing as well, simply send us your frame measurements during checkout.

    Can the wall be printed on both sides?

    Yes. Both single and double-sided printing can be done. Block-out liner provides opacity as needed.

    What’s the benefit of the polyester mesh window?

    The window provides ventilation while preventing entry of insects, as well as providing some fresh air while shielding odor.

    Is the window adjustable?

    It's adjustable. Built-in Velcro straps allow rolling up and down adjustment.

    Is the product weather-resistant?

    Yes. The wall and window are constructed out of weatherproof materials that are also UV and fire rated.

    Can I add a zipper door?

    Yes. Zippers can be placed at the middle, side or both sides for easy access.
