FAQ

What is included in the Custom 20x20 Canopy Top package?

You will receive a premium-quality 20x20 canopy top made from durable 600D PU-coated polyester. It features full-color custom printing for high visual impact. Please note that this is a replacement canopy top only - the frame is not included. It’s designed to fit most standard 20x20 (5m x 5m) gazebo-style tent frames.

Will this fit my existing 20x20 frame?

Yes! Our 20x20 replacement tops are specifically made to fit standard 20x20 tent frames. Just provide us with your frame’s dimensions, and we’ll make sure your new canopy top is sized perfectly.

Can I provide my logo or artwork?

Absolutely. You can upload your artwork directly during checkout or email it to us after placing your order. If you don’t have a design ready, we offer free artwork support with unlimited revisions and 3D mockups to ensure everything looks perfect before production begins.

What is the production and delivery timeline?

After you approve the artwork, production takes around 5–6 business days. Most orders are delivered within 7–8 business days. If you need it faster, rush production options are available.

Are these canopy tops weather-resistant?

Yes. These tops are built to withstand outdoor conditions. They’re waterproof, UV-resistant, fire-retardant (NFPA-701 & CPAI-84 certified), and resist mildew, peeling, and scratches—making them ideal for long-term outdoor use.

Can you print my logo or branding on the canopy?

Definitely. We use full-color dye sublimation printing with Pantone color matching to ensure your logo and brand elements are vibrant, professional, and highly visible across the entire canopy.

Will this canopy top fit any 20x20 frame?

Our tops are designed to fit standard 20x20 pop-up tent frames. If your frame has custom or unusual dimensions, just send us the measurements and we’ll tailor the top to fit.

How should I clean the canopy?

Use mild soap, water, and a soft cloth to clean the canopy top. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, which could damage the fabric or printed graphics.
