Artwork Specification:

  • Artwork must be created using the provided templates.
  • Acceptable file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, TIF, TIFF, JPG, and SVG, among which AI and PDF are highly recommended.
  • Files must be the same size as what is ordered.
  • The maximum size of the file should be 200M. If you have much larger files, please contact our customer service representatives.
  • Please review the artwork specification before uploading your file. We will not be responsible for the delayed orders due to artwork that cannot meet the provided requirements.

AFTER PLACING THE ORDER

Once your order is received, our design team will review your artwork. They may make some edits or prepare proofs for your approval. You will then receive an email with attachments containing the final proofs for your review. After carefully reviewing the proofs, simply reply to the email to confirm your approval.

Note: While your order is important, production lead time starts only after you approve the print proofs we send you for your review.

Return Policy

We kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee may apply. To ensure a smooth return process, please return your items within 10 business days of the original shipment date. What's Included With The 10x10 Trade Show Booth Kit?

The package comes with a full-size tension fabric back wall, an L-shape side wall with a TV rack and cabinet shelf, and deluxe square pop-up counter, a fabric header for branding, 2 LED lights, and ultra-soft Oxford-style travel bags.

How long will it take to register?

Installation time of about 20-30 minutes with 1-2 people. It doesn't require tools — the aluminium snap-tube frame and SEG graphics ensure assembly is quick and painless.

Can I alter the imagery for different events?

Yes, it is completely swappable. The SEG (Silicone Edge Graphics) finish is ideal for fast graphic changes without having to change the frame.

What are the frame and graphics made of?

The frame is constructed from lightweight and tough aluminium tubing. Printed graphic on 240g flame retardant stretch polyester Graphic is printed using dye sublimation for rich colour and wrinkle resistance.

Is this booth portable?

Yes, everything folds into a soft canvas carry bag. Ralph and Truet's legacy can be seen in the plant's design—it folds down into a flat pack for easy shipping and storage between trade shows.

How bright are the lights on the LED?

Kit comes with two 40W LED bulbs (6000 lumens, adjustable colour temperature) that allow you to create an ideal ambience and show off your merchandise!

Will the shelves carry the product weight?

Yes, all internal shelves are capable of supporting up to 15kg (33lbs) – ideal for brochures, samples or small products.
